The Dixon is Blkbrd’s cap-toe Derby boot, combining a familiar work-boot pattern with traditional shoemaking. Its rounded last, substantial lacing, and rugged rubber outsole place it firmly in the everyday boot category, despite the refinement of the materials.
Brown Horween Chromexcel fits the Dixon’s heritage-inspired cap-toe design exceptionally well. Its warm pull-up tones feel relaxed with denim and sturdy chinos, while the commando rubber sole makes the boot more suited to regular casual use than a dress-boot outsole.
