Shipping Information

The Shoe Snob is a shop that sells its own products but also offers exclusive products on the site, sold by us but shipped by the vendors of said products. You will notice in the product page the Vendor shown directly above the title of the product. This will indicate the shipping rules that follow, also stated in the ‘Shipping Info’ tab on that same product page.

It is important to note that all vendors will have different rules, prices, and timelines of shipping. It is important to read these prior to purchasing.

Please note: When you add multiple products from multiple vendors, you might have multiple shipping charges as the products will be shipped from different places. For example, if you are in the US and you add a pair of Enzo Bonafe shoes (with Free worldwide shipping) a Travel Shoe Tree from The Shoe Snob and some socks from Twinkima.G. You would not pay the shipping for the shoes, but you would pay $20 in total for both of the accessories (2x $10 charges for each Vendor). See it visually below:

THE SHOE SNOB PRODUCTS:

Shipping Timeline: Within 1-3 business days the product ships. During "Sale" periods we aim to ship between 2 -4 days after the time of purchase as the increase in orders affects our ability to be any quicker. UPS ground service takes 1-5 business days to arrive from shipping date. International arrival time is typically 2-7 business days from shipping date.

Courier Used: UPS Ground (US), UPS International (everywhere else)

Liable for Import Duties?
If you are based in the US, then no. Anywhere else, you will be liable to pay for import duties

Please note: the shipping charge paid is just the fee to actually ship the parcel. This does not include any other fees to import your parcel into your country, such as import duties issued by your government.

Any and all import duties/fees imposed by your local custom's officials on your parcel will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for. We do not control this and will not be held responsible for any surprises in charges as we do not impose them. Your government does. We declare the parcel at the value paid. We do no under-declare parcel values. Please do not ask us to do so.

If you reject your order for not wanting to pay the customs import taxation, we will be charged a fee as well as a return shipping charge. To cover these charges due to your refusal of your order, $100 will be deducted from your return amount once we are notified of that refusal by UPS. We are not liable for this charge due to your error in ordering.

For Remote Labeled Areas a surcharge of the price difference between what we normally pay and what they are quoting will be required to make shipment. 

We ensure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We may or may not require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to the customer. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Orders shipped with different billing/shipping addresses will be scrutinized by our Anti-Fraud system. Of course we understand if one wants to ship to their work address. And we reserve the right to cancel any order that has been deemed fraudulent by our system.

Shipping Timeline: The Founders 25 Line are all made to order. Each pair takes around 8 weeks to ship from India directly to the customer.

Shipping to the US: Finished Products will ship from India to the US distribution center and then to you. Tariff Free.

Courier Used: Private Chinese Couriers - these will usually ship from China to your country and then process to another local courier who will deliver it to you directly. There is no way to know which private courier will be used.
