Returns and Exchanges are accepted on our Enzo Bonafe offering. Please read carefully, as there are 'Restocking Fees' for all returns.
Returns:
US/Canada - 10% Restocking Fee, which includes the Return Label
Worldwide - 10% Restocking Fee, but the return shipping is your responsibility. Non US/CA must ship with UPS or Fedex. Post/DHL not accepted.
Exchanges:
US/Canada - $20 shipping label to return your shoes and receive new pair
Worldwide - You will be responsible for shipping the shoes back to Canada and a $30 Shipping Fee for new pair
