Shipping Timeline (not labeled DS): Within 1-3 business days the product ships. During "Sale" periods we aim to ship between 2 -4 days after the time of purchase as the increase in orders affects our ability to be any quicker. UPS ground service takes 1-5 business days to arrive from shipping date. International arrival time is typically 2-7 business days from shipping date.
Saphir Products Labeled 'DS' - Domestic: If your cart has a Saphir product that has 'DS' in the color title, your cart will have two shipments. These products will ship directly from the US Saphir Distributor to you. They use USPS. They will ship within 2-4 business days and USPS ground takes between 2-7 days to arrive. Tracking will be provided.
Saphir Products Labeled 'DS' - International: As the US Distributor does not ship internationally, the products with 'DS' label will ship to my warehouse before shipping your entire order out to you in one parcel. This will shipment by around 2-4 business days.
