These wholecut loafers are made in a burgundy medley tweed from Holland & Sherry, giving the pair a lot of texture and quiet character. The wholecut loafer pattern keeps the shape clean and simple, while the cloth does all the talking with its mix of deep burgundy, brown, and subtle flecks of color throughout.
It is a relaxed shoe, but not a boring one. The tweed gives it that old-school country-house feel, while the dark sole keeps the overall look grounded and easy to wear. A great option for someone who likes casual loafers, but wants something with far more personality than the usual suede or calfskin pair.

As a standard rule for J.FitzPatrick loafers, they are cut them more snugly compared to their laced shoes in the same size.
For the whole cut loafer, on the TMG Last, we recommend that most gentlemen stick with the same size as their laced shoes. The exception is if you wear your laced shoes without room to spare, in which case we recommend you take a half size up. If you have a low instep, we recommend you size down as this has a low-cut vamp.
